Starting October 1, 2025, customers will now be able to enjoy an 8-year or 80,000 km extended warranty on the scooter’s battery and motor. This new program applies to both new buyers and existing owners, making it one of the most comprehensive warranties in the Indian EV two-wheeler market.

The 8-year/80,000 km warranty ensures long-term peace of mind for River Indie owners. Coverage includes protection if the battery’s state of health drops below 70% or if the motor fails even after repair attempts.
- New customers (purchases made since April 1, 2025): Rs. 8,399 + GST
- Existing 5-year warranty holders: Upgrade to 8 years for Rs. 3,399 + GST
- Upgrade window: One month only for existing extended warranty customers
