Introducing the 2026 Kia EV9 Nightfall Edition

The all-new Nightfall Edition, built on the Land trim, brings a sportier and more premium visual package. It features a bold Roadrider Brown exterior paint and gloss black accents on the grille, ORVMs, roof rails, skid plates, and lower door cladding. It rides on stylish 20-inch gloss black wheels, enhancing its road presence.

Nightfall Edition – Interiors & Features

Inside, the Nightfall Edition boasts an exclusive black-themed cabin with unique upholstery, contrast stitching, and a dark headliner. It offers flexibility with 6- and 7-seat layouts. While the core features mirror the Land variant, it’s the aesthetics and added flair that set this version apart.

Performance & Drive Enhancements

The Nightfall Edition matches the GT-Line’s performance, thanks to a Boost function that increases torque from 600 Nm to 700 Nm, enabling it to hit 0–100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds. The dual-motor AWD setup delivers 379 hp, ensuring a dynamic and responsive drive.

Additional Upgrades

All AWD variants now get Terrain Modes (Snow, Mud, Sand) instead of the older 4WD system, offering improved off-road capability. Kia has also added NACS port compatibility, giving all 2026 EV9 variants access to Tesla’s vast Supercharger network in North America.

Conclusion

The 2026 Kia EV9 is more than just a yearly refresh—it’s a smart evolution. With increased range, aesthetic upgrades like the bold Nightfall Edition, performance enhancements, and tech-forward features such as NACS compatibility, the EV9 stands out as a compelling electric SUV choice. Whether it’s the value-driven base trim or the all-black Nightfall variant, Kia continues to refine and elevate the EV9 experience for global EV buyers.
